TOYBAH Exchange Policy

At Toybah, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our fragrances. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
• The perfume must be unused or only lightly tested.
• The packaging must be intact and in reputable condition.
• Exchanges are limited to Toybah products only.
• Please retain your proof of purchase (till slip) when requesting an exchange.

Perfume Pump & Leakage Policy

• If a perfume bottle leaks or the pump stops functioning, we will gladly replace the bottle or repair the pump free of charge.
• Bottles must be returned to the store or sent back to our facility in their original condition for assessment.
• No exchanges or refunds will be provided for bottles that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• The standard processing time for pump replacements or bottle issues is 7–10 working days.

Daarraa Attar Exchange Policy

Online Orders

Final Sale: All online purchases of attar fragrances are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exceptions: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

In-Store Purchases

• In-store purchases may be eligible for exchange if the attar is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Time Frame: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used attar bottles
• Sale or promotional items

Shipping and Handling

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

At Nomaad, we offer perfumes and attars crafted from the finest natural, oil-based ingredients. Please take note of the following:

• Natural Variations: Due to the use of natural ingredients, fragrances may exhibit subtle differences in aroma over time. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal perfumery and do not affect the quality of the product.
• Individual Experience: The way a fragrance develops can vary based on body chemistry, diet, medication, lifestyle, and environment. Seasonal changes may also influence scent perception.
• Storage Guidelines: To preserve your fragrance, please keep bottles upright and in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Proof of Purchase: Always retain your receipt or till slip for any exchanges that may be eligible.
• Sale & Promotional Items: All sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
